I was treated with respect; negotiations were done in a friendly manner, and I closed on the sale feeling I was treated very fairly. This has not always been my experience with other dealerships. Thanks for making this a pleasant (and exciting) shopping experience for me; it makes me want to come back to Suburban Chevrolet for my next vehicle. Sincerely, Gary Boehler 4840 Harbor Lane N. Well, here is my story…. I needed to find a car fast, my 2010 Ford Fusion and I were in an accident (car was totaled) late on a Friday afternoon. So, the last thing I wanted to do was to go car shopping ov 2010 Ford Fusion and I were in an accident (car was totaled) late on a Friday afternoon. So, the last thing I wanted to do was to go car shopping over the weekend. I went to a couple of dealerships and drove many different vehicles (tiring). My last stop was to Suburban Chevrolet and I meet with Kent Kotval. Kent listened to what I was looking for in a car and had me test drive a couple difference cars to make sure that the car I bought was the right fit for me. I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze. More
The price on the 2011 Camaro I bought was fair, but the price I received on my 2006 Corvette trade-in was low. I received 27,000 and kbb.com came up with 29,000 in good condition. Trade-in value never ma price I received on my 2006 Corvette trade-in was low. I received 27,000 and kbb.com came up with 29,000 in good condition. Trade-in value never matches on-line amounts, it's always lower. As a long time customer, it would be nice to get the higher value occasionally. Suburban Chevrolet is still going to make a nice profit on the resale. More
Everything was great! The service person was fast friendly and precise. They took care of an "extra" problem another service center was necessary and Rob said they would check it out and probably no friendly and precise. Overall, I had a good experience with my car repair. The people I dealt with kept me well informed of repairs necessary, completed the work in a timely manner, recommended necessary but not unnecessary repa people I dealt with kept me well informed of repairs necessary, completed the work in a timely manner, recommended necessary but not unnecessary repairs and appeared to try hard with the extended warranty people (unfortunately in vain). Stephen did a good job interacting with me. My only regret is that I was not able to thank him personally for his hard work when I went to pick up my vehicle. Sincerely, Kelly Boss More

Pat in the Body Shop is what Customer Service is all about. I had some warranty work that was required and Pat was more than willing to get me scheduled right away for the work. I really think the repair should have been covered by 100k drivetrain warranty. Lance , service manager did take GM's line that it was 'impact damage or excessive use' that caused the failure. The facts 100k drivetrain warranty. Lance , service manager did take GM's line that it was 'impact damage or excessive use' that caused the failure. The facts were that the front differential had been in for warranty work 6 weeks eailier, and there was NO evidence of impact damage (slid plate and surrounding areas free of as much as a scratch) This is a HD $52,000 truck that is meant to be used as intended...in other words WORK, in my case plowing snow in the winter. I have bought 6 new CHEVY Trucks since 1999. I have been plowing snow for 10 years. This is the most expensive and most 'heavy duty' package I was able to purchase. To have two issues (these two COULD be related). The last time I had an issue with GM directly was in 2008 just before i BOUGHT this truck. Look in you records: I spent $900 at Lupient Chev to have 'repeat service issues evaluated by GM customer service' They came up with a list of things with resolutions that would cost something like $3000 to fix, all of which I would have to pay for except some sort of $500 'gift from GM, So net I would have spent $3400. I then took the truck to Grossman Chev, they looked at it for trade, and the main problem I had complained about for 4 years was simply a front axle that would cost $1300 to repair. Of course I had already spent the $900 on the WRONG diagnosis and Thank the Good LORD I did not have that done as that would NOT have resolved the problem....HELLO ANY ONE LISTENING!!!!! So like a good CHEVY enthusiast, I traded that truck (VERY fair deal from Grossman...they are now gone)and got this one....do you see me POINT???????? The two 'good' ratings have to do with the fact as a whole, that it was not 100% warranty. That is a GM issue, not dealership. More
