I had 2 new tires put on my car. They did a great job of recommending and replacing the new tires. I did have 2 other issues they pointed out to me...but never really let me know how important those issues recommending and replacing the new tires. There was only one person on service when I arrived and hence there was a queue of cars out of the building. It took a while to get the car booked in. Eventually a second service rep did come back from t hence there was a queue of cars out of the building. It took a while to get the car booked in. It seemed a bit wrong that new customers were being presented with a talk about how good the service is when existing customers were being made to wait.
