Being an Engineer I have no problem turning a wrench, but this vehicle is not designed to allow for small item maintenance. To make things worse, at 100,000 miles I'm looking at coolant line replacement to the tune of another $1000...and this truck has only seen normal highway driving...nothing rough...and the maintenance has been pretty much by the book mileage wise. I'm really let down with the state of my $45,000 sticker price vehicle...and will be looking at other options than Chevrolet for my next truck. My last ruck was a Dodge, I sold it to my mechanic with 250,000 miles on it, another party is still driving it with nearly 300,000 miles on it. Service department is great, but their hands are tied and the truck quality & lifetime is below my expectation. More
Great Experience! I hate the stress of buying a car. Harley and Steve made it quick and painless. Harley was great to deal with and didn't act like a "car salesman". We did end up making a purchase because the salesman, Harley Baumann went out of his way to find the vehicle we were looking for with all the features we wanted. Also thanks to Steve in finance for a quick and easy (also with no pressure) financing of our vehicle. More

Incompetent - Bait and Switch I contacted this dealership about the availability of a Silverado I found listed on their site.. I was told yesterday that the truck "is available" and was invited to schedule an appointment to "come in to preview the truck." When I arrived today I was met by what appeared to be a sales manager who conducted me to a sales rep. The rep looked up the truck and announced that it was a "DRAC unit" (apparently a vehicle used for running parts, service loaner, etc.) and was not yet for sale. I asked why they had a vehicle listed for sale which was really not for sale and got no answer. I asked why the original contact would purposely waste my time and the salesperson responded by asking if there was anything else I might be interested in - as I was walking out. Dishonest dealerships will do anything (including outright lies) to get a prospective through the door so they can "work" on him. Suburban Chevrolet falls into this category. If this is how you like to be treated (lies, deception) please pay them a visit soon. More
Getting a vehicle The Staff was polite and courteous and went the extra miles to help me get a new vehicle. They made a person feel at home. The Staff was polite and courteous and went the extra miles to help me get a new vehicle. They made a person feel at home. More
They were less than truthful! My wife and I drove over from From a neighboring state to buy a truck that was advertised on the net. We were told by a salesperson that it was a goo My wife and I drove over from From a neighboring state to buy a truck that was advertised on the net. We were told by a salesperson that it was a good truck, and the only thing wrong was one bad strut. We were also sent some photos. After seeing the truck, however, we fully understand why the Internet ads did not include photos. The truck was a total piece of junk, which they apparently tried to hide from us when they took the photos that were sent to us. Bottom line -- We gave them one star only because there was no zero star option. If you sell products on the Internet, you had better learn to be totally honest with potential customers. We did not buy the truck, and we received no apologies as we left. More
