Great customer service After using several different Chevrolet Service Centers in the area, I finally found a Team that knows something about Customer Service. My experience with the Suburban's service department over the last 6 years has been excellent. Suburban's sales department could use some lessons from these guys on what Customer Service really means, because until they do, I will purchase my vehicles from someone else but bring all service work to Suburban's Service Team. More

Misleading advertisement I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and tire rotation for $29.95. When I called to schedule the appointment I told the scheduler about t I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and tire rotation for $29.95. When I called to schedule the appointment I told the scheduler about the coupon and I presented the coupon to the service person immediately upon arriving at the service center. He did not say anything at that time about the dealership no longer carrying "conventional" oil. I only found out about it when I went to the cashier to pay for the service. I was charged $10 more for the service for that reason. I really didn't need the tire rotation so I would have brought my car elsewhere for an oil change if I would have known that I was going to be charged extra for a certain type of oil. My biggest complaint is that I wasn't told up front about this, not the $10 difference in price. While I was waiting there, I sat near the cashier's area and overheard a couple other customers complaining about charges that they weren't made aware of up front. I will no longer be going to Suburban for any service. Belzer's and Lupient know how to treat there customers!!! I will be taking my business there and I will spread the word about Suburban not being up front with their customers. P.S. Your site is prompting me to choose one employee that helped me during my visit. I have no idea who helped me and I really don't want to throw anyone under the bus, but since I have to choose someone I selected the first person on the list. More

Two service advisers just returned different excuses and NEVER said they were sorry for my trouble or future trouble to get the vehicle fixed. I will never return to Suburban Chevrolet again for any reason. More
Excelant service I brought my 2007 Suburban in for a major suspension issue. Front spring broke and took out several other components in the front end. The damage to my vehicle was caused by hitting a huge Minnesota pot hole. Tim Chavela was able to handle the situation without hesitation. He also successfully worked with my insurance company as this was a covered comprehensive claim . I have used Suburban Chev. for all of my maintenance on this vehicle and have always been very satisfied. More
On the whole it was a good experience I have only one negative with my experience, nobody went over how to use the cruise control that was installed.
