Express Service I had an express service appointment for an oil change and it still took over an hour for the work to be done. When I got my invoice they did not ap I had an express service appointment for an oil change and it still took over an hour for the work to be done. I'd never purchase from Suburban again Our car was in to suburban Chev at least every other month for issues. We got tired of continuously bringing the car in when it was a 30 mile drive one way. After speaking with Dan Jackson about having them cover part of the fuel for having driven down there on 15 different occasions, his response was "that's part of owning a car". If we had bought a 1980's vehicle I would agree. But between 16,000 miles and 28,122 miles when we traded it at a different dealership. The vehicle was in the possession of suburban chev trying to figure it out (it sat in the back lot for a lot of the time) for more than 2 months of the 12 month span. More
