Almost pulled the trigger three times prior, but I walked away from the other dealerships because of their poor customer service, lack of knowledge about their own vehicles and in one case, just an overall bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. Not the case here at Suburban Chev! Talked with Joe Wright late on a Saturday evening right before closing about the truck. He stayed after hours without complaint to answer my questions and discuss purchasing options. The used car sales manager, Chris Haeg also stayed late to support Joe with his potential sale. I returned Monday to finalize the paperwork and Mark (I think his name was Mark) was awesome. Fastest financing and document processing for a vehicle purchase I've ever seen! After finalizing the sale, Joe was right there waiting. Despite being busy with two other customers also buying vehicles, he still took the time to sit down with me in the new truck and show me all the features before I left. But....my excellent experience doesn't end there. While driving the truck home, I heard a noise in the front end and called Suburban Chev right away. This was late Monday night after hours and Chris still took the call. He said no problem, "Bring the truck back in the morning and we'll make it right." The next morning Melissa and Nick were awesome! Melissa was well informed of my situation and she was ready for me when I arrived. Nick was very professional and understanding during the test drive (even though I couldn't reproduce the problem) I thanked Melissa and Nick for their help and left the dealership for work. On the way, the issue returned but even more pronounced. I called Melissa back and she said - "No problem, just bring it back in the morning and we'll have a rental ready for you for the day - free of charge". It's rare to find folks so interested in serving the customer these days, but they sure know how to do it right at Suburban Chevrolet! More

I told them that service has been ignored the last 5 times I have brought the vehicle in. "Can you get it done this time?" "Absolutely" was the response. At pick up, that hadn't been done. Work is done right but is very expensive. I know you are in business to make money, but why not follow through on promised service? More
