Far too long of a wait Ordinarily I have great service here. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for noon and my vehicle wasn't moved from the drop off bay for Ordinarily I have great service here. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for noon and my vehicle wasn't moved from the drop off bay for at least 40 minutes. What should have taken 30-45 minutes overall took almost two hours.
