Matt made it so easy, I was under my mileage and had no issues with my existing leased car and he was able to work with the financing team, another Matt, and they were able to get me in a new lease with a new Cruze. I can't tell you what a great experience I have had with Matt and Surburban Chevrolet, 3 years ago I recommended them to (2) of my friends and they both leased cars from Matt Hayes and both are going back to release new cars!!!!!!!!!! Oil Consumption Test I have been coming into the dealership every 500 miles since my last oil change (8th time so far). Every Time I am greeted politely but the second I s I have been coming into the dealership every 500 miles since my last oil change (8th time so far). Every Time I am greeted politely but the second I say I am there for an oil consumption test, the person loses their smile and just tells me to go sit in the service room inside and wait until they have time. I bought a brand new car 3 years ago and having oil issues, the least they can do it be nice, I dont want to waste my time driving 15 miles every 500 miles to not be treated nice. More

Fine this last visit Our last visit was fine and the guys were helpful, we are just happy our warranty is finally up so we don't feel obligated to come back. In the past we had an oil change done and noticed the plug leaking, they told us it was a cracked oil pan but the service papers said it was a stripped plug. So they lied to us. They gave us attitude on a tire warranty trying to tell us why it wont be covered, two weeks later I get call to say they're covered. Now we are about to go in for our 3rd shock replacement with in 3 years. 4 years later I was going to have my oil changed at a different location and they refused because Suburban Chev over torqued the drain plug. More
