Not their best work Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, been here numerous times, but this one was not their best work. Had an appointment for 11:30, noticed my car didn't go in until almost Noon and they weren't done with it until almost 1:30. They are normally not that slow and they usually wash my car when they are done, which they did not do this time either. The cashier was not the friendliest either. Had my 3 year old son with me and he was getting anxious to leave and she proceeded to make a few snide remarks about having kids. More

And Jeff Brick helped me think through all the options from LT to Premier models, color of the vehicle, availability all the while explaining the features - especially the new electronic capabilities - at a pace that made it fun to learn. I had a chance to make a new friend during the process. Of course it all fell into place thanks to the Jeff's patience and knowledge, my friends support and information - and when I drove away with my new Volt - I felt 100% comfortable and excited about my new car and new mode of transportation. The air bag deployment system was set incorrectly at the factory and could result in the air bags not deploying during a collision. When calling for an appointment I spoke to Bill in service, he said to bring the car in anytime, did not need an appointment, since this was a very important recall. The following morning I brought the Z06 into Suburban and one hour later everything was completed just as had been promised. I have always had good service and friendly personnel at Suburban. More
