I came in for an oil change with tire rotation. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection. Can't beat the price of $45 for all of that plus it is the Dexos oil recommended I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection. Can't beat the price of $45 for all of that plus it is the Dexos oil recommended by Chevy good for 4500 miles. They never try to talk you into extra services like some oil change places. I'm sure they would if it was necessary or would suggest it for the future. It took about an hour but with the good inspection I know my car is in great shape!! More

After an online inquiry at Suburban Chevrolet, Harley Baumann contacted me and we began a long process of searching and talking. From the onset, Harley was a man of integrity and was willing to work with me to find the truck and the deal that I needed. We looked at many trucks. After four or five weeks of looking, exchanging 25 to 30 emails, while kicking 30 plus text messages back and forth, the search was narrowed. There is a point at which some searches can become old for both the sales person and the buyer no doubt: but Harley was diligent in assisting me and never impatient or pushy.
