Suburban Chevrolet

Terrible customer service. I have two chevrolets. I have had them both serviced at suburban Chevrolet for years. I mostly used the express service lane. (Oil changes, etc) which I have two chevrolets. I have had them both serviced at suburban Chevrolet for years. I mostly used the express service lane. (Oil changes, etc) which they are great! The other side (service lane) not so much. I recently brought my truck in, and was told they would need the truck for the day. It ended up being several days, in which they charged me 4 hours and told me what part I needed. Tim the service advisor helping me told me the problem was fixed! He said his mechanic drove for 15 mins after servicing it and said it ran great! After picking up my truck it was running worse than before! I called immediately on my way home and explained I spent a lot of money and truck had all the same problems and now more. They said there was nothing they could do on a Friday (when I picked it up) and that I had to bring it back in Monday! So I bring it in, explain to bob what happened. No apologies, second time I'm not offered a car to use. He tells me tim will be in later and that I should call him then..?! So I call tim on my lunch break, tim says I need another part for roughly same amount I just paid to have it fixed before?! So I say to tim, "how will I know if this actually fixes it?" Tim then said, "I have 3 customers in line, what are you going to do?" Terrible customer service and bad mechanics. Will not recommend to anyone! More

Regular maintenance work I needed to have service done soon after a lengthy trip prior to embarking on another. We will never go back to suburban. Your services advisors are not equipped to do a good job! Very unorganized and no ones seems to know what is going on and no one is speedy to help.
