I took it to the dealer and a couple technicians drove it felt the vibrations but couldn't determine cause. Contacting a Chevrolet Service Manager it was determined that other dealerships have seen this problem. They replaced the transmission and the rear diff gears. I picked it up yesterday and it seems to run like new. Will take it for a road trip this weekend. More

Took to long Went in for a simple oil change. Was quoted an hour so I said I'd wait. 1.25 his go by I ask what's going on. Was toldit would be done in a minute. Went in for a simple oil change. Another 15 minutes go by and was pulled to the back abs shown so leaks abs was told that is why it took longer. Ok not a big deal but I need to go. They said ok and that they would wash it and get ît to me in a couple minutes. Another 15 minute go by and I ask where my car is. I was told they are short handed and had an accident...said ok well can I have my paperwork so I can pay. I was given paperwork abs the service person left. Week the paperwork wasn't mine so I had to wait for her to come back to get the correct paperwork. Finally paid then waited Another 10 minute fir the car to be brought to me. More

We had 3 key players. Harley Baumann (Sales), Christopher Haeg (Used Car Manager), Mark Thompson (Business Manager). All of these gentlemen were exceptional. They were sharp, knew their business, and took time to make sure we understood what we were doing. They gave us great advice. From that standpoint, I would recommend this dealership. I knocked off a star because the receptionist was not welcoming, the other salesmen standing around were not terribly friendly, and I was missing a warm, fuzzy, feeling inside the dealership. What can I say, I'm a woman, I sense these things. Therefore 4 🌟 'S, because of the great service. Minus 1 🌟, because lacks camradery. Pam More
