They want you to be aware of every step. I still feel bad for the mouse that Melissa encountered while we were talking on the phone! I was more worried about her than my own ear! I will continue to have my car serviced at Suburban Chevrolet, and may look for a new car down the road (much further down the road!). More

Overall it was as good a process as could be expected. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and getting through the negotiation process is typically not fun. But once complete, I believe we got as fair a deal as possible and that the value of our trade-in met our expectations. The service department did a wonderful job is prepping the car for sale including replacing the battery to make sure we wouldn't have an issue in the coming days. Credit also did a wonderful job in moving us through that process and getting us out and on our way in a timely manner. I have bought several cars now from Suburban and hope to continue that in the years ahead. More

Jack looked for alternate solutions when the vehicle that we were looking for was not available and listened to our concerns that we had. Dealer offered reasonable amount for trade in and price of purchased vehicle was fair. Everyone was friendly during our 3 hour purchase visit and was more than willing to help us out in any way. Overall transaction was fairly simple and went smooth and we walked out with a new vehicle. Thanks! More

I went to take care of 2 recalls I made an appointment to take care of two recalls. The first time they realized that they do not have the right part. Well it happens, no big deal. I I made an appointment to take care of two recalls. The first time they realized that they do not have the right part. Well it happens, no big deal. I came second time, this time the technician broke one lever from the chair so they told me they will call me when they will order the part. So I said to myself, it happens and I left. When I got home and try to lock my car I realized that the driver door is not locked. Try several times and no luck. After waiting 2 weeks I call them to remind them about the broken seat lever and also tell them about the door. They assure me they will take care of it. Second day I had the appointment and after few hours the technician call me that everything is fixed including the door. I went to pick up the car and the door lock was not working. I ask about it and they told me that the lock was working when they tested but if is not working is not they're fault. That's it....unbelievable.... More
