Ruined my vehicle My vehicle was in the service dept. for almost 4 weeks. At the end, my vehicle was damaged further than what I took it in for. Due to this damage, I'm unable to get vehicle repaired elsewhere because they're afraid of what other problems there could be. Now I don't have a vehicle and I don't trust Suburban to touch my car. Management not willing to make up for their incompetence to my satisfaction. An employee was supposedly fired as a result of what happened, which I think, speaks volumes. I basically paid them to ruin my car. Beware of this dealership. You're just a number to them. More

Since the day I bought my two 2015 vehicles from Suburban Chevy/Cadillac of Ann Arbor, the service department had consistently exceeded my high expect Since the day I bought my two 2015 vehicles from Suburban Chevy/Cadillac of Ann Arbor, the service department had consistently exceeded my high expectations with respect to the quality of the service received and the completion time to do so, They have done so well that now that i am ready to replace one of the vehicles, i am specifically not buying the vehicle i really want ( a non-GM vehicle) so as to continue experiencing the GREAT service I receive from Suburban Chevrolet-Cadillac of Ann Arbor, The service manager, ILLYANA BEVINS, is fabulous and each time I return for service, warranty to elective, she takes the time to say hello and to ask if I am being taken care of and if I am not happy, she makes it right.
