Mr. Yanko is very professional and customer-oriented. My repair was simple--replacement key fobs for my 2008 Cadillac DTS. But because they were mostly broken there was a real chance they weren't going to b More

As an update to this post, it's now one month later and I'm having trans issues again, car will not reverse out of my driveway. I spoke again with Larry Gocha and am awaiting the diagnosis. I'm unhappy with this purchase and will be looking into my options for trade-in or selling, or even a refund, if possible. I know the lemon law states 4 attempts at fixing, and I'm only at 2 for the trans - we shall see. Still happy with the dealership, but we'll see about my options for a new car since I'm unhappy with the one I bought.

Another update on the Vue I bought from Suburban Chevy Cadillac. It's not been in the shop for one day and it hasn't been looked at yet. Larry Gocha said it would be a while before they could get the trans taken apart and then have someone take a look at it. Bonus, it sounds like I won't get a rental from them, either, they said those are reserved for Cadillac owners only, I'm awaiting a call from Mark Brown, my salesman, so see if I can get into a used rental vehicle. I am getting frustrated that this dealership willingly sold me a Vue with a recalled transmission, did not give this information up front, and it wasn't until my first break-down when Larry O'Sullivan told me that it would never drive well with the VTi trans being put back into it, albeit new. BBB might be brought into this battle before long.
