My husband and I had a great expeirence with John Blattner! We received a phone message from John that just seamed too good to be true. Of course I called and after John explained how this would work for us, I was glad I did. Seems the dealership was low on inventory for used pickups, our partically model and color and after discussing the details, he put together a deal we could not refuse. He was very informative, polite, not pushy at all (I hate when salespeple are like that!), and made this such a smooth process, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I also have to mention Heather Norman who handled all the financing paperwork. She was nice as could be and explained all the product benefits offered with great knowledge. We look forward to working with John again when this lease is up! More

My husband and I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX from Suburban and Anne Martin was our sales person. We had the best experience. We feel we received a very fair price for our trade in and excellent pricing on our new vehicle. This is the fourth new vehicle purchase we have made in the last six years, and all from Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac in Ann Arbor. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Anne went "above and beyond" in assisting us. She even found a discount we were eligible for that we didn't even know existed! She also went out into the cold parking lot, arranged to have an SRX washed and brought into the warm service area so we could see the exact color of the exterior/interior and also play with the instrument panel and have our questions answered. I have to admit, we did visit another luxury dealership in the Ann Arbor area earlier that day and the sales person walked us out into the cold car lot to see a vehicle, and didn't even offer to unlock the vehicle so we could sit inside.
