He paused from his busy schedule and spent the entire morning with us to make sure every question was answered and all systems go for us to pick the new vehicle up later that day. When we did pick the vehicle up, Bob spent a considerable amount of time setting up the vehicle and features; I think past closing time. Bob is one of the most pleasant people I've come across in many years. What sales and service are meant to be. I know Bob is a busy guy because he is the best.
