If I pay for a tire rotation, and oil change, rotate my tires. Please don't tell a customer your rear tires are no good, so we didn't bother the tires. Kid compensate, just rotate tires.. money is tight More

Eric, On May 4th, I had requested that I talk to a service manager and was told that the manager was unavailable at the time. I was assured I would get a call back in the very near future. That is what prompted me to write my review as I did not hear back from anyone for 4 days. I wish I could have just discussed this on the phone with someone and sort things out. Per your message above, you were supposed to be contacting me but that still hasn’t happened. This is super frustrating as the level of customer service seems to be non existent at Suburban Cadillac. I’m very disappointed with the way the dealership is handling business.
