Worst dealer ever worked with, disgrace for Cadillac. Should be renamed "We Lie, Cheat and Steal your money Cadillac of Plymouth". Merely put coolant in car and charged $900. On asking why so much? Said this is an EV and requires battery removal prior to filling coolant. Not knowing, I paid the amount. Only to find out few months later this repair was at best $100 for EV Battery coolant refill. No need to remove battery. More
PLEASE find somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced. I’ve been dealing with the antics of this service department for way too long. This last visit started by making an appointment weeks in advance. I requested the complimentary pickup service. After one week of not hearing anything, I called to check on the status of my car. I was told a GM rep was coming out to look at my issue on Monday (this was a Thursday). This was an obvious lie as no GM rep was coming out to look at my car, however, because I’m a female some in this industry believe it’s easy to take advantage of us. After yet another week and some more lies, I received an “estimate” of the work that needed to be performed. This estimate did not make it clear as to what was actually being done on my car and what the problem was. I approved a few of the necessary services to be completed after letting the service rep know that I needed my car back immediately as it had already been 2 weeks. Another few days passed and there had been no work done on my car. I requested it be returned to me so I could take it to someone who would fix it. They somehow found the time (it took a whole 4 hours) to fix my car. Then my car was returned to somewhere other than my home, left there, unlocked with the keys inside. Also, I was charged as if it took 8 hours to fix the car as that was what the “estimate” said. There are way better places to have your vehicle serviced by people who are honest and will only charge you for the work performed. More

This is a beautuful car when parked! The dealership.....Wesley, my service advisor is not the problem. However i have tried to get these wheels repaired or replaced for much more than a year. i am still driving with 4 damaged wheels. I purchased the tire and wheei insurance. all 12 tires were replaced. i have called numerous times over the past year to schedule the wheel repair and get a loaner car while they repair the wheels, i am still waiting, no call, no date. its now rediculus, i am still driving with 4 damaged wheels. Cadillac and GM....their response about the brakes and transmission is "they are all like that, they will not repair them" Makes you glad you bought a GM product,....not!. i am now looking at Audi for my next car. i had wanted a new CT5 for a bigger back seat but, after this experience, i just dont think that would be a smart consideration. you also might think twice if you are considering a Cadillac or GM product More
If I pay for a tire rotation, and oil change, rotate my tires. Please don't tell a customer your rear tires are no good, so we didn't bother the tires. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. My truck is old (04) so I was hesitant about going to this dealership in the first place but my stabilization, abs, and traction control dealership. My truck is old (04) so I was hesitant about going to this dealership in the first place but my stabilization, abs, and traction control light was coming on and causing the car not to go forward at times, and I know that those type of things are tough for regular mechanics to handle so I scheduled an appointment and was given February 7th I was informed it woulg be essentially$400 to look at my two problems ,by the 9th I was told that they didn't have the proper tool because the wheel had aftermarket spline lugs and it was an additional $300-400 to get rid of them and add new ones if I didn't have the key. I went to a local store instead and bought a spline lock set for $94 and took it to them on Monday the 14th and was told it would cost around $1000 to fix a hub bearing problem but this may "just be the beginning" after never receiving a call back by Wednesday I started reaching out. One day the tech was absent, the next day he started on it and it should be done by the end of the day (Which it wasn't), then on Friday 18th after getting no call by 2pm I reached back put only to be put on hold for 28 minutes, and then connected to service on two occasions only for the phone to just ring out to a voice-mail that couldn't take voice messages. When I finally called and got in touch with "Wes" he told me he just hadn't had time to reach out to me and my mechanic said it could be the other hub too because the stabilization and all of the lights that were on are essentially still on. I told him just to return the truck to me. $1000 (940) later every light that was on in my truck is still on and I'm essentially no better off than I was 10 days ago, except I guess I have a new "hub". Poor communication, very high service prices I was recommended this dealership by a friend because I needed service performed on my car due to an engine light code. It took two days for the dealership to read the code after I had been told I would have my car back the next day. When I finally got the car back three days later, I am charged two hours of labor for service that should have taken 15 minutes. I am not sure how they came up with this ridiculous labor charge for a simple sensor that sits on top of the engine and is easily accessible to replace. After I got my car home, I open the hood and realize the tech just let oil drip all over the side and backside of my engine...didn't even both cleaning it up. Then, I see the old sensor sitting on the plastic molding underneath the windshield. There was oil all over this plastic piece and the bolt for the sensor was lodged in the windshield wiper arm. At a Cadillac dealership, I would not expect this poor service. Not to mention, the dealership price gouged me for a simple sensor replacement. Be aware of how much your service charges should be before you take your car to a dealership. More
Overall experience with this dealership was horrible. We thought that buying a Cadillac meant we were buying quality and exceptional service but it was just the opposite. Took care of our problem promptly. Any problem we have ever had has been taken care of promptly. Been dealing with Keith For years along with the rest of our family. He is the best. The Suburban Cadillac Family I appreciate the professional service given at the Suburban Cadillac dealership. They keep my 2011 SRX in excellent running condition. It is understood I will have to replace my SRX sometime soon, and I assure you I will be returning to Suburban for my new purchase. Though I have another Cadillac dealer near by, I love the service department and their professional,charismatic people with Suburban. Scott (now in the financial dept.), Angus, Cheryl and Mike along with Joe in vehicle rental make the needed maintenance visits very pleasant.
