Then we come to closing and the agent says,” Sorry I fat fingered the quoted. It is $5k more then quote.” Now I did expect some difference as the quote was cash we had opted for finance. Very disappointed I liked the car, the price was not my real problem it was this bait and switch which is not a principled way to do business. More

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. My truck is old (04) so I was hesitant about going to this dealership in the first place but my stabilization, abs, and traction control dealership. My truck is old (04) so I was hesitant about going to this dealership in the first place but my stabilization, abs, and traction control light was coming on and causing the car not to go forward at times, and I know that those type of things are tough for regular mechanics to handle so I scheduled an appointment and was given February 7th I was informed it woulg be essentially$400 to look at my two problems ,by the 9th I was told that they didn't have the proper tool because the wheel had aftermarket spline lugs and it was an additional $300-400 to get rid of them and add new ones if I didn't have the key. I went to a local store instead and bought a spline lock set for $94 and took it to them on Monday the 14th and was told it would cost around $1000 to fix a hub bearing problem but this may "just be the beginning" after never receiving a call back by Wednesday I started reaching out. One day the tech was absent, the next day he started on it and it should be done by the end of the day (Which it wasn't), then on Friday 18th after getting no call by 2pm I reached back put only to be put on hold for 28 minutes, and then connected to service on two occasions only for the phone to just ring out to a voice-mail that couldn't take voice messages. When I finally called and got in touch with "Wes" he told me he just hadn't had time to reach out to me and my mechanic said it could be the other hub too because the stabilization and all of the lights that were on are essentially still on. I told him just to return the truck to me. $1000 (940) later every light that was on in my truck is still on and I'm essentially no better off than I was 10 days ago, except I guess I have a new "hub". Thanks for the help. Geeeesh More

WARNING!!! This dealership sells vehicles equipped with SUMMER ONLY tires in Michigan which almost no other reputable dealership will do! Beyond coming close to an SERIOUS car accident the majority of my time spent with the dealership was spent ironically with them trying to sell me wheel and tire protection as they were certain I wouldn’t make it through a 3 year lease without blowing multiple tires and cracking multiple rims.
