I have a trade of a 2017 Corvette Stingray and a 2015 Nissan; attempted to reach out and getting no response from the sales staff. Looking at an Escalade, they mis-priced their vehicle which is baiting me in as a customer. Called and the salesman was rude. Not buying from this company. I will look elsewhere. More

"Best experience ever" My wife & I had been in the market for a nice used luxury vehicle. We had visited many dealerships including Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. At our v My wife & I had been in the market for a nice used luxury vehicle. We had visited many dealerships including Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. At our visit to their dealership we were pleased to meet John Griffin. John was excited to show us what he had in stock and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were interested in. This was our first visit... After doing some research and looking at other dealerships and meeting other sales staff we returned to Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. It was John Griffin that brought us back. Upon purchasing and meeting other staff there we would highly recommend this dealership. We felt the trust we were looking for in such a purchase as this. The day we picked up our CTS4, which was a used vehicle, we were treated as were had just purchased the highest priced vehicle they had. Never Buy a Used Car from Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth Suburbans used cars may look nice but most have issues and they sell them knowing it.
