Superb customer service I love my salesman, Darius Thompson. He was honest, efficient, and thorough. When he couldn't find the Cadillac I wanted, he helped me to order one. I love my salesman, Darius Thompson. He was honest, efficient, and thorough. When he couldn't find the Cadillac I wanted, he helped me to order one. Then he kept me informed throughout the time it was being built. When it arrived, it was exactly what I wanted. I have dealt with several dealerships over the years, and this is the one I would absolutely return to when I am ready for another car. They were no pressure and fair. Jeff Cawood was also helpful, fair and personable. He, and Darius, made the buying experience fun rather than stressful. If I could give these two gentlemen and the dealership higher than five stars, I would! More
