He encourage me to take a test drive on the XT five. He was helpful to explain the different aspects of the navigation screen. The time he spent with me was very valuable in securing a deal that I could say yes to. When he finally handed over the keys to my new vehicle I felt very proud to be a new owner of my first Cadillac. He also assured me that I could call on him at anytime with any questions I would have and that we would schedule another meeting to go over any of the fundamentals that I needed to learn.
