My 2013 Buick Regal GS had a knock/clunk from the front suspension. CarFix on Rochester Rd said my right front strut was bad, but it sounded like the front stabilizer bar links to me. Well I have been taking my GM cars to Somerset, now Suburban Buick/GMC, for about 10 years and they have always fixed my car problems correctly. The technician at Suburban Buick/GMC said the front stabilizer bar links were loose, replaced them and my car was ready for me the next day. Thanks again Suburban for an excellent Service Department! I had a salesperson laughing at me regarding selling the Buick I bought at this dealership back to the dealership, telling me my 2016 Loaded regal was worth $300 because it MIGHT need extra work. He thought that was hilarious - I wasn't laughing. If I never have to deal with this location again I will be THRILLED. If anyone asks about purchasing from this location I will strongly suggest they visit the Ferndale buick dealer instead. Your cashier is very nice - despite what she puts up with. More
