The best buying experience I've ever had! I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester - this is the FOURTH vehicle I have purchased from this dealership over the years. Before finding Subaru of Wichita, I had mixed experiences at other dealerships here and in Colorado. By a mile, this dealership is the best. The atmosphere is great, I have never felt pressured, and the sales team is fantastic. This time, I got to work with Andy Roberts, who helped me through all my questions, even though I had done research before. He was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. I had heard that "they only hire nice people", and I have never seen an exception. Mark and David helped me find the right solution for my financing, and Sam Steele was speedy with my documents. Everyone was professional - I never felt uncomfortable, even for a moment. If you are looking for the best car buying experience, you will find it here. The team here has proven time and time again that car buying does not need to be painful, in fact, in can be fun! More

The lease on my current car is soon up so I started over a month in advance to narrow down the choices for a new car. After I honed my wish list to a Subaru Crosstrek, a friend sent me to Travis Nebergall at Subaru of Wichita.. I can't believe my great luck! I live in a different state so this was all done by phone and texts. He found me exactly the right car for the right price, no haggling, no bring-in-your-husband-to-sign attitude. This was actually a fun experience! I was treated like an adult and it was a business transaction. He checked out the car for me and did all the research in advance. After that I called the place he recommended in yet another state, we conducted all the arrangements over the phone, I flew out and picked up a cute Crosstrek and drove it back to Seattle. Without Travis arranging all this, it would have been a totally different (and unfortunately the usual unhappy) experience. Let's hear it for the attitude of Subaru of Wichita and of Travis in particular. They care about having you get what you want. If you want a good experience, call Travis! As you can see, you don't even have to be in Kansas, Dorothy! More

Trusted Partner We don't often purchase new vehicles and typically, we have always bought used until now. So going into this preconceived "daunting" experience, we we We don't often purchase new vehicles and typically, we have always bought used until now. So going into this preconceived "daunting" experience, we were going in with the common perception of aggressive car salesmen. Our experience at Subaru of Wichita with Grant and Mark was the exact opposite and my appreciation to their partnership is hard to convey. From the beginning of our visit, there was nothing but straightforward honesty, respect, and relaxed relationship building. We learned quickly that the staff is not on commission. Rather than pressing extras and the most advanced features, Grant was informative of what was available, without any pressure or seeming attempts to sway our decisions. With all the questions we had, he and Mark were incredibly helpful in providing the information we needed to make the best decision for US. The transparency that the staff and dealership provides to the customers is refreshing. There's no questioning. We did a good amount of research upfront, and everything aligned to fair market prices from consumer report, Kelley Blue Book, etc. Coming on to the lot, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted - the Crosstrek. We test drove it, liked it, great car. What made the difference in our decision was that Grant, our sales rep, took the time to understand ultimately what we were looking for and not only the needs for us right now, but the needs for us in the future. His relaxed encouragement to look at other models and the knowledge and comparisons he provided to us between the options led us to test driving the Outback. After learning more about this model and experiencing the ride, we had a reality check with our long term needs for the car. We went onto the lot thinking we would drive off with a Crosstrek, now we own an Outback that will be a reliable addition that can support a growing family (and of course adventures) and couldn't be happier. Without his skill at really understanding us, taking the time to know the customer, we would have blinded ourselves and missed getting the car we really wanted to grow with for 10/15 years. Thank you, Grant and Mark, along with the rest of the Subaru Staff, for being truly trusted partners. More

Because of a recent bankruptcy I knew It wasn't going to be a walk in the park but in the end no one compared to Subaru of Wichita. From Preston the sales expert to the financial team they showed care, wisdom, and instructed me as to how I can rebuild my credit with a car loan. Prior to me going their I was contacted by email asking me to let them help in my car purchase. I originally said no and moved on. I forgot about them until they contacted me by email inquiring if I have found my car yet. So their persistent, helpful way eventually led to them helping me purchase my new car. They are number 1 in my book! More
Great Car Buying Experience! I recently bought a new Legacy with the help of Preston Haverkamp. He first took me through the different models and when we went for a test drive he drove first and explained and demonstrated all the cool features, such as adaptive cruise control, the lane sway feature, etc. I then took over and he guided me through it with a hands on approach. I love that technique as you can first sit back and relax and learn where everything is and how it works and then you actually do the steps with the help of Preston right there if you need anything. This was a million times better than someone just saying you have this feature and that feature. It's obvious Preston cares about the customer. He even went the extra mile and programmed my phone with the bluetooth feature, and explained in detail the siriusxm navigation and satellite music as well as the different apps available ... fantastic! Never once did I feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do and I highly admire that level of respect for the customer. I further highly recommend this dealership and Preston to treat you with the utmost courtesy and respect. He even called about a week after my purchase to check in and make sure everything was good and to let me know if I ever needed anything or had any questions to not hesitate to contact him. More
