David Patti is always kind, thoughtful and always has the right answers to questions. I had made an appointment because I received an email saying my car was supposed to have routine service. I got to the dealership and David said that it was a automatic email and my next service isn't needed for another 4,000 miles. But recall parts were in so that work was done. I also like it that I have seen the same service writers for years and that Mike Rossi is always there, ready to help. More
