Great experience with a Subaru recall for my Impreza. The parts were back ordered for quite awhile but I was contacted when they became available. A loaner car was provided because I live about an hour away from the dealership. Additionally, they spent time troubleshooting a longstanding issue with the wiper arms and fixed it when others just recommended getting new blades. I was contacted with updates during the day and the multi-point inspection gave me a heads up about my worn tires. Overall it was a great experience. More
