WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I've had fair / not unpleasant experience with Carbone Subaru since 2015. Have been able to work with sales & service personnel in the past. Made appointment to have recall service for my vehicle. I was told this would take 4 hours to complete. Since my car would be tied up most of the day, I also requested oil change and removal of my snow tires to summer tires. Car appointment was for 9:15. I arrived by 8:45, gave them my car and had to have a rental vehicle so I could go to work. They have my car for 6 hours AND NEVER TOUCHED IT. Their excuse was short handed due to COVID virus restrictions. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT SERVICING MY VEHICLE WHEN AN APPOINTMENT IS MADE!! THAT'S WHY WE MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!! SERVICE TECHS. SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO THE CAR THAT HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!!! ADDITIONALLY I HAD TO PAY FOR RENTAL @ $ 25.00 FOR THE FREAKING DAY - WHICH I PUT ON APPROX. 25 MILES TOTAL. SINCE CARBONE SOLD TO ANOTHER LARGER DEALER, THEIR SERVICE AND HAVING THE CUSTOMER BE FIRST IS A THING OF THE PAST. WILL CONTACT SUBARU HEADQUARTERS TO AIR MY COMPLAINT AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GIVE ANOTHER COMPANY THE SUBARU BRAND TO SELL LOCALLY. More
