On Saturday, February 3rd, I dropped my vehicle off for an annual inspection along with an oil change. During the inspection, it was found that my brakes were badly in need of replacing. Joanne called to b an annual inspection along with an oil change. During the inspection, it was found that my brakes were badly in need of replacing. Joanne called to break the unexpected news and also gave me an estimate for the services. She also informed me that they close at 3pm on Saturdays and they would not be able to get to the breaks that day. I volunteered to leave my vehicle there until Monday.. She was very kind and courteous and that couldn’t be an easy call to make no matter how long you work the job. As I was preparing for the financial hit, Dan, the service manager, calls me the following Monday to let me know that the brakes will be covered under “Good Will” which gave me a HUGE break in the cost. He saved me a lot of money without me even asking. Throughout the entire process Joanne and Dan were both very kind and great with communicating any status updates with me. I’m sure I left the dealership that day with a huge smile on my face. Thank you again to Dan and Joanne for making what could have been an extremely stressful and costly experience into a pleasant relatively painless one. I felt like they took care of me when they didn’t have to. I've enjoyed doing business there. I will go back there again because of the excellent customer service.
