The service. was good & JoAnne explained the different options well. My main complaint would be communication. I had to call 3 times to see if my car was done. They close xx 6 & we live 20 miles away, so it was a bit of a rush together there on time. She did tell me that they are severely understaffed & were trying to hire someone. Also, I never received the video of my car as I was told to expect. They seem to be very overworked in this dept. More

The Service Department staff is friendly and very professional. Each staff member takes the time to listen to my concerns and then effectively communicate them to the technician who will work on my professional. I like the ability to make an appointment for service online, at my own convenience, and not stop what I'm doing during the day to make a phone call. Plus, I can express in writing the work I want done. The videos of the technician finds with my vehicle are a nice touch and something I really appreciate. More
