I booked an appointment online, when I arrived I was checked in quickly, my car was brought in quickly (I received a text that it was being worked on). I was very pleased with the service. I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Only negative thing is that when I try calling back few times couldn't get threw I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Oil change ran late, tech apologized and service advisor apologized. Those efforts went a long way as acknowledgement is sometimes all it takes.
