There were two problems with this service visit. First, I was incorrectly double billed for a rear liftgate motor. I was told the motor had to be paid for in advance before it could be ordered. I was OK with this, but I was also charged for it again after installation. Fortunately, I noticed this, and it was corrected on the spot and the second motor charge removed. Second, the service technician neglected to complete the NYS inspection; he failed to complete the final step, which was running the vehicle through its final emissions test and affixing the inspection sticker. I did not notice this until after I returned home, so this necessitated a second trip to the dealership. I delayed sending in this response because it took a while to get everything resolved to my satisfaction. Everyone was very helpful, and I realize mistakes happen. My wife and I really enjoyed the videos of the inspection and service process along with the mechanic's commentary. It was a new and free service provided to us and we appreciated it very much.
