I was very pleased with the service. I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Only negative thing is that when I try calling back few times couldn't get threw I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. I was extremely impressed with Joann (first contact before bringing the car in) and also Nick (who handled the repairs on the day you had the car), as Service Advisors. I received a video via text message whereby he did a video/audio walk-through of the issues found, repairs done, and the upgrades installed. That video demonstrated his level of expertise and professionalism! This video is a nice addition! I am a very pleased customer regarding these services! With regard to answering phone calls, I have found it difficult in the PAST to get an Advisor on the phone when I call. I realize the Service Department is very busy though! Note: I arranged my own rides, there and back, rather than waiting at the Dealership. More
