She spent much time setting up our car phone and destination features, along with explaining how everything worked (multiple times, if needed); Mark Paone was thorough and clear with the paperwork, and generously acknowledged our fathers' military service (WWII and Korea) in finalizing the deal. There was one glitch: an incorrect VIN number on the paperwork required us to return to the dealer to re-sign the forms. But it was corrected quickly.
