Shortly after booking, Jeff reached out personally to introduce himself, express that he was looking forward to meeting me, and gather more details about what I was looking for—well before I even arrived. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and promptly brought into Jeff’s office. Jeff was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through the pros and cons of each option so I could make an informed decision without feeling pressured. I ultimately left with a 2026 Subaru Ascent in my favorite color—black—and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
