He went over every fine detail of that very complex automobile, including a test drive with my wife and me, illustrating the eye-sight system and allowing me to get comfortable with driving a car with all of this technology. He then took us throughout the dealership showing us the parts department, the service department and introduced us to Heather Thomas, the service advisor. He also arranged for our first service date. Because of his extensive knowledge of this car, Doug dispensed all kinds of good, sound advice regarding this vehicle. Sam Kasraie, the business manager, very efficiently finished up the financing process. He was knowledgable and a delightful man to deal with. More
