Great service, great people Though I bought my car at Stohlman's Tyson's location, I do my servicing at this one. Last year I had a minor issue with my audio system and, after dropping off my car, they drove me to work in Reston, then picked me up at the end of the work day for my car. Everything was fixed and they walked through the entire process of linking my phone so that it stayed linked. I recently had an issue where the ABS light came on and the seatbelt sensor under the driver's seat wasn't working. I got a free loaner car for more than two days. They fixed the ABS light issue for free, even though they realized half way through that it was no longer under warranty, and we discussed the cost/benefit of dealing with the seatbelt light. I've always found them to be fair and honest, and never had them push me for things I didn't need. Assuming I get another Subaru, I know where I'm buying my next one. More

What I liked most about Stohlman Subaru was I did not have to pay a cashier through a slot in caged off area of the dealership...that alone is a very nice touch when having your car serviced at Stohlman! I also liked that I was not bombarded with phone calls and emails within hours of my service asking how it was! I stopped going to another dealership after receiving a total of five phone calls and emails in less than 24 hours asking how the service was...Stohlman Subaru waited a week to ask, and only one email was sent...THANK YOU! I highly recommend Stohlman Subaru!! More
