I appreciated getting the link with the information about the additional services needed for the vehicle but I personally still would have additional I appreciated getting the link with the information about the additional services needed for the vehicle but I personally still would have additionally preferred a call from someone at the shop to talk to about the additional needs. i was pretty disappointed by the lack of customer service when I brought my car in. It was obvious that it was busy and there were a lot of customers standing around waiting to be helped but it was clear that none of us knew where to wait or form a line or anything and all of the employees were in their own worlds. no one greeted any of us or told us that they'd be with us shortly or asap or anything, not even eye contact or recognition that people were waiting at all. there was even a time when two service reps were just talking to a mechanic and it was like they couldn't even see the several customers waiting. it was very disrespectful to me and pretty insulting. I respect that it gets tough when it's busy or getting behind but I don't think that's any excuse for poor or nonexistent customer service, or at this point even human decency. it makes me want to take my care to a different location where I’m actually treated with respect and like a valued customer. when I came back to pick up my car it was the exact same situation, and when I tried to talk to an employee about it they just said "we're busy and I cant help you" which was super rude and dismissive especially because I was just trying to do exactly what I’m doing now and give y'all feedback but instead I basically got told that y'all don't care and to go away. the gal who helped me with my car was nice and thorough, her behavior was pleasant and I don't have any complaints with her specifically or how she was one-on-one with me. overall I was super put off by the lack of care and appreciation/respect as a paying customer. More

Bought 2 vehicles here & have done service bulletin repairs plus warranty work here. A recent issue which was an emergency-they worked to bring us a loaner 150 miles away & got our car fixed & also som repairs plus warranty work here. A recent issue which was an emergency-they worked to bring us a loaner 150 miles away & got our car fixed & also some service bulletin stuff done we did not know about. While we typically get routine service done at our local ASE certified mechanic shop, we do have confidence in this dealership & are likely to purchase there again. More
Terrible service ordered wrong part and then wouldn't take them back. after complaining to general manager Brian Harhughs we got 80 percent back, so it cost us 20 percent to restock their mistake.
