Very upset about my car. I had some recall work done in November and one was my hood latch. Now since then my hood has flew up 3 times and the last time it broke my hood and I had some recall work done in November and one was my hood latch. Subaru of Spokane placed me on a waiting list for my dream car without asking for a deposit. It took a while to arrive but they called me immediately for a no-pressure test drive. I purchased the car and a lengthy warranty because I plan to have this car for many years. It was a pleasant experience and I feel they were knowledgeable and presented me with options not forcing me to get things I didn't want. More
