Great buying experience. First rate and trouble free. Was interested in buying a used car and had been searching the internet for just the right model, color,year, and options. When I saw what I was looking for at Lithia of Spokane, I sent a message to ask about the car. The next morning I received a phone call from Eric McMahon. He gave me a run down on the vehicle and the history of the car. He answered all my questions, and when I asked about the pricing and let him know that I would plan to fly in to test drive the vehicle, he was willing to work with me and we agreed on a price in short order. He asked me for my flight information, and said he would pick me up at the airport! Fantastic communication through out, and Eric was there to meet me out front of the airport. After the test drive, I went up to the financing dept. and worked with Ted, who had already started the process, so as not to delay the closing. Very impressed with the whole team and the friendly and low stress, no pressure sales. I wouldn't hesitate to fly up there again the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More

Subaru of Spokane Delivers! I worked with Steve Blue by phone for several weeks off and on until I figured out what I wanted to do. We negotiated the deal by phone and text. Best customer service experience! I contacted Subaru of Spokane Wednesday morning at 8:30 am to inquire if the car I found on the website was in stock on the lot. They confirmed that I contacted Subaru of Spokane Wednesday morning at 8:30 am to inquire if the car I found on the website was in stock on the lot. They confirmed that it was. I explained that I was trying to figure out when I could come up there and get it. I live two and a half hours south, I sold my car the previous weekend and my other half was sick so asking him to drive up after work wasn’t an option. To make it more complicated I was due to travel for work leaving at 6 am the next morning with a rental car booked for the task. Steve Blur told me they could bring me the car no problem. I wasn’t expecting that, didn’t wake up thinking I’d have a new car that day. My plan was set, rental car and trip to Seattle for work then figure out to go get the car. I worked with Steve through text message because I had a full work day ahead and no time for phone calls. Steve arrived with my beautiful new Crosstrek by 5:15 pm. We signed my paperwork and then he took me out and walked me through every button and function of the car. I lead a team of customer service representatives. I told the story of my car on my morning meeting with the leadership team and asked how our company can be the same example of excellent customer service. I am very impressed and very great full for Steve and his efforts to get me my new car!!! More
