Even got a care package expressing their gratitude for purchasing a car from them filled with all sorts of goodies! Only one small complaint, trade in value was a joke so I just decided to sell the car on my own and get more than double their offer. But that’s expected when trying to get trade in from any dealership. Other than that, zero bad things to say, the salesman was super nice and gave me all the time in the world to think about my decision and didn’t rush me or pressure me into anything I wasn’t interested in. Walked out having the best experience and will definitely go back for future purchases!! More

I appreciated getting the link with the information about the additional services needed for the vehicle but I personally still would have additional I appreciated getting the link with the information about the additional services needed for the vehicle but I personally still would have additionally preferred a call from someone at the shop to talk to about the additional needs. i was pretty disappointed by the lack of customer service when I brought my car in. It was obvious that it was busy and there were a lot of customers standing around waiting to be helped but it was clear that none of us knew where to wait or form a line or anything and all of the employees were in their own worlds. no one greeted any of us or told us that they'd be with us shortly or asap or anything, not even eye contact or recognition that people were waiting at all. there was even a time when two service reps were just talking to a mechanic and it was like they couldn't even see the several customers waiting. it was very disrespectful to me and pretty insulting. I respect that it gets tough when it's busy or getting behind but I don't think that's any excuse for poor or nonexistent customer service, or at this point even human decency. it makes me want to take my care to a different location where I’m actually treated with respect and like a valued customer. when I came back to pick up my car it was the exact same situation, and when I tried to talk to an employee about it they just said "we're busy and I cant help you" which was super rude and dismissive especially because I was just trying to do exactly what I’m doing now and give y'all feedback but instead I basically got told that y'all don't care and to go away. the gal who helped me with my car was nice and thorough, her behavior was pleasant and I don't have any complaints with her specifically or how she was one-on-one with me. overall I was super put off by the lack of care and appreciation/respect as a paying customer. Not the experience I thought I would have. Bought a used car from them and four days later I am already having electronic issues. I went to talk to them about it. They wouldn’t listen to me trying to explain the problem. They just wanted me out of their sales area so, they took me over to service and service was also cold and unconcerned. Today was the extreme Opposite of the day, I was in to buy a car. I was Treated kindly. more fool me! I thought it was genuine, but appears it was only so that I would buy something. Greatly disappointed in their lack of concern for one of their customers who just committed to pay $28,000 for the vehicle that already needs work. Not to mention I had taken my previous vehicle for service for the last 8 years. No consideration for loyalty. Extremely disappointing. I have family that is looking for a car and I will not be referring them to this dealership. More
