Took my Impreza in for scheduled maintenance. I had a nail taken out of my tire; had the air bag light fixed as it was flashing when nothing's wrong and had an oil change. Service manager was pretty thorough with everything and I liked her. However, I don't think the rest of her crew were as good as her. Took a while for my rental car to come(which i've arranged for days before the appt. When my car was ready for pick up, I waited a good while for it before it got driven to me and I don't know why since I saw the driver just chatting with his other coworkers before bringing it up while i was standing outside waiting for it. All of these are minor, but I think the price was quite much. But then again, maybe the parts were just expensive. More
