She then told us our vehicle was subject to a safety recall we had never received. And then, in answering a question we asked, discovered that a recent brake caliper failure twice in one day on a road trip was, in fact, covered under our extended warranty even though the national Subaru customer service hotline reps had told us that it was not. Denise showed us the relevant passage in our extended warranty and when I again called the national Subaru number, they confirmed that this was indeed the case! Day has a very good reputation in our family as my son owned a Saturn and never regretted the treatment by the Day staff. I feel the same way and both the wife and I are comfortable in coming in and looking for a new car. I have done business with Day Subaru in the past for both service and sales. They are very helpful and are able to explain the work working being completed and why it needs completed. But regardless, they get the job done and they do it well which is all that I ask. More
