Called Subaru in this radio issue. Although warranty was up the radio delamination issue was know to Subaru. They jumped in once I provided proof and stood behind their product. I have been a car salesman for over 30 years, and this is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. My 2013 Toyota Avalon was totaled and wanted another one. I got online on Cars.com and found ano the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. My 2013 Toyota Avalon was totaled and wanted another one. I got online on Cars.com and found another one 4 hours away with only 45000 miles. I called Suburu of South Hills and spoke to Joe Cross and bought the car over the phone. He was very polite and curtious and was patient as the financing was hung up due waiting for a letter showing the car was paid off. I finally was able to drive down and pick it up. The paperwork was already, and Joe was great. They had the car inside, all cleaned up and looked brand new. He called me later that night to make sure I made it home safely. I cannot say enough good words about this dealership.Buy your next car there, you won’t regret it. By the way, I love my 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybred, much nicer then the 2013 I had. More
