The sales staff lie to you in order ti sell a car. They don't take responsibility. I informed Anthony in sales my commute is 100 miles road trip and the EV crosstreck is terrible for that. He didn't listen to my needs and Anthony and his manager are not doing anything about it. I'm spending more money on gas and have to pay for a car. Anthony also promised a full tank of gas and all weather carpets, which was another lie. I was also not shown what the features do. According to subaru, the crosstreck is great for in city driving and not for long distance. The EV drains in 8 min and uses gas mostly. Subaru also mentioned that the EV crosstreck is heavier than the basic crosstreck. It doesn't pick up well on hills. My mom has a 2020 camry LE and one trip to Vegas it used Half a tank round trip. The EV crosstreck does not give you 93 MPGe. The best mileage I got driving at the speed limit to utilized its eco mode was 37 MPG. The camry gives me 45 MPG on the same trip. I was lied to by this dealership and they should correct their false statements and buy back my vehicle. Yet, even after making this clear to the sales manager, he made no inclination that they would. I know they can sell the car to other buyers. It is useless to me. I asked many questions and Anthony and his manager assured me that this would be a great car for me and I would love it. I don't love it and I'm stuck paying a high payment. Please be cautions when working with this dealer. More

I don’t like coming back 5 times in less than a month to the dealership to fix issues with a vehicle that I newly purchased. I had an issue with my engine light and my service advisor joshua took care of me and also discovered an additional issue and had the tech repair it .
