Dishonest NEVER use the service dept here. Completely dishonest and shady. The tried to hide a towing charge to my claim after they told me that " the towing NEVER use the service dept here. Go to Irvine for Service if you can I took my car here for the valve spring recall and other services. My car ran great before the job was done and after, I had problems. They failed to effectively communicate and get accurate quotes for labor and parts. They fixed some of the issues when I brought it back but my motor was still making noises. They claimed it was unrelated to what they had done. I took it Subaru Irvine and they found serious problems in my motor. Never again More
Poor service during recall repair. We took our Impreza for a recall repair on our valve springs and when our car was returned the service engine light was on,the traction control light We took our Impreza for a recall repair on our valve springs and when our car was returned the service engine light was on,the traction control light was on and the cruise control indicator symbol was on. We returned to the dealership and the service person tried all kinds of excuses to put the blame on us. They took the car to the back and found a broken spark plug and would not tell us anything else. More
Scheduled annual service The annual service appointment was supposed to take an hour to an hour and a half. After 2 hours, the service paperwork person came in to tell me tha The annual service appointment was supposed to take an hour to an hour and a half. After 2 hours, the service paperwork person came in to tell me that there was a mistake - "they" had serviced another car instead of mine. OK, mistakes happen, but why did it take her over an hour to notice the mistake? I saw a car similar to mine pull up into the service completed lane at least AN HOUR before the Subaru person noticed the mistake. I also noted people who came in after me leaving way before me. Why didn't the Subaru person notice? Too busy chatting with friends? Texting friends? More

Their was no sir or Mr titles used, I was buddy to them which in my opinion is very disrespectful. When they asked me what I do for a living and informed them that I was a pilot, they then asked if I was the type of guy that flew planes on a computer. No, I fly corporate jets. It snowballed into a rather large ordeal and I ended up walking away from the deal. There is one salesman there that I worked with the day before that was very knowledgeable and that was Alex the rest of the sales managers and financial department were awful. STAY AWAY. More
