It was a great opportunity to experience life with the new car. when I told Julio what features I wanted the car to have, he said "no problem" and was able to get me exactly what I wanted, down to the color! my experience with Subaru was the best I could ask for. everyone worked as a team and was super friendly during the entire process. The car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Jimmy, our sales specialist, was friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. After a test drive and review of the purchase price we decided that car was not going to fit our needs. Jimmy quickly searched for other cars and in less than 2 hours of the time we walked in the door we were driving away in the perfect car for us. The paperwork was streamlined and the process was quick and easy. Thanks Mariah, Jimmy and Jordan, for the courteous and competent service. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is due to the almost empty gas tank when I left the lot. Because it was past closing time I think someone missed filling the gas tank!! More
