I was impressed when I selected the car I wanted to buy back in November 2020. The facility was clean and neat, and the sales team seemed eager and helpful after I had seen the car I wanted online and drov back in November 2020. The price and trade value was good, and I signed some paperwork to buy the vehicle and put a time together to finalize a couple of days later. They were again pleasant and helpful at the time of delivery until the paperwork started. I am from out of state and brought a clean no lien title to my car and a cashier's check for the established balance. But, the dealership politely refused to give me the title to my new (used) car, said they would mail it, and gave me a couple of lame excuses like the person that handles that isn't here, etc. In my world, that smells fishy because without a title the transaction isn't complete, you don't own a car, and they now had my car, my title, and my cash! After standing my ground, they begrudgingly came up with the title and all the paperwork, and I was on my way -- During the process, I also purchased an Extended Protection Plan. It was an expensive proposition, but with the cost of repairs and the technical nature of cars today, I bought one for the first time! It was for about six years and 60,000 miles, and knock on wood, I haven't had any need to use it -- and my 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R has been fantastic! Fast forward to April 2023. I had driven my Outback roughly 50,000 miles and had it for 2 1/2 years. When I was in for service at the Subaru dealer nearer me, I spied a beautiful 2021 model. I ended up trading my 2017 purchased in Rochester. There is still mileage and time remaining on the Extended Purchase plan. I have attempted to contact them about the pro-rated refund but hear crickets from the folks in the building that handle such things -- NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS AT ALL! These people are supposed to be professionals and represent the Subaru brand with integrity. At this point, there is no proof they do. They have displayed a questionable and less-than-trustworthy business attitude not once but now twice! More

He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and even helped me to get my previous car from the rental shop. Luis was also very nice and helpful in answering my questions. First of all, worst dealership I have ever worked with. I went in with a certain budget and they doubled that budget for a car. I bought a car at Morries Minnetonka Subaru (great dealership) and I brought my car here for service since I’m from Rochester. I brought it in 5 times because my tires weren’t feeling right. EVERY SINGLE TIME they told me everything was fine. I took it down the road to Goodyear (would recommend them too) they told me my tire is going to explode because the tread on the inside was so wore down. It was only a matter of time before I got into a serious car accident. But everything was fine according to Subaru. They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I now drive hours away for service to avoid their expensive games. One star is too high for them. More
What a great experience. I came in as a total stranger to the Subaru brand. These people took the time to educate me and find me the right vehicle that fit my tall body size as well as my small families need the Subaru brand. After learning about all the standard features and amazing performance of the outback’s we decided to trade our Chevy Equinox for an Outback. Needless to say it was the best decision we have ever made we now have all wheel drive and it gets way over 30mpg with all wheel drive. What a great vehicle. I have owned American made my whole life and I was pleased to find out that these vehicles are all made in the USA. I get support the Americans that make these awesome vehicles. We were so pleased with this vehicle we traded our Ford Fusion and bought a new 2022 Ascent. What a great dealership what great service. All of the people have been super awesome to work with. There was no sales pressure and we were able to buy at our own pace which is commendable. I will no doubt drive Subaru the rest of my life and I was a Big 3 loyalist. Thank you everyone Especially Dylan, even after the sale he answers my questions when I shoot him a text. What a great committed employee, Subaru of Rochester is lucky to have such good people like Dylan. Thanks again. More

Was about to buy an Audi S3, they put it through the wash one last time. When we where about to leave we saw some huge scratches in the roof and rear glass. When we went to pick it up we saw a bug crack in the roof, when we questioned about it they said it was already there, so we denied the car and where told we would get a call from the manager. Over two weeks have passed and no call. We worked with Esad and he was helpful though. More
Recently bought a low mile 2017 Legacy from Rochester Subaru. Their used car manager Travis Shallbetter and product specialist Alex Leora were a pleasure to work with. Car salesman usually get a bad look, but these gentleman had great communication and showed outstanding customer service. Aiden in the service department was also incredible! Definitely going to be giving this dealership my business again in the future. More
