From the moment of walking through the door, be greeted by their team and seeing they're very nice facility you knew you were at the right place to be looking for a new or used vehicle. Not owning a Subaru before, we were not familiar with they different models. They let us test drive the different models and explain the pros and cons of each, we ended up buying a Subaru Forrester. After deciding on the model they went over pricing,different options and the total cost of purchasing the vehicle. They covered how they do their pricing, and we felt we got a fair price on the new vehicle.(They spent time on this and we did not feel any pressure at all to purchase a vehicle there). I would definitely recommend Subaru of Rochester to purchase a new or used vehicle. Very friendly staff, and comfortable environment! We experienced great friendliness from all staff! We were greeted kindly by Nick outside while we were first looking at cars in the lot. He didn’t even express any concern over being out in the cold with us to help us find a car similar to what we were thinking of test driving. He efficiently found a couple cars for us to test drive, and on one drive he happily sat in the back and had a great conversation with our family. He didn’t pressure us at all and let us know when he was available to meet with us again, while we took time over the weekend to think about what we’d like to do. The following times we came in; to one, put down a deposit to hold a car, and then, another day, to purchase the car; we were greeted with a “welcome back” from staff at the door and front desk, and Nick again made himself readily available to help us. Also, there was a very relaxed and accommodating atmosphere to the place in general. Another staff member, Brad, thoroughly went through all the financing options with us and was very knowledgeable. Nick and Brad worked efficiently together, and with us, to make our purchasing experience a good one. We also were introduced into the service department and given great instruction on what our first and consecutive services would be based on our warranty. Bob even coordinated, within a short period, scheduling a time to have our car’s first minor body service addressed. Overall, we were impressed with the way all the staff at Rochester Subaru put us at ease during our first new car shopping and purchasing experience! More
