I have just moved here a couple months ago and found this dealership in New Port Richey. Justin has been wonderful. He has walked me through so many things on the car. This center did not show the professionalism expected. The service person could not answer a question about my vehicle and would not even take the time to help find the answer…auto was not cleaned as expe The service person could not answer a question about my vehicle and would not even take the time to help find the answer…auto was not cleaned as expected and was dripping wet when completed…. I traded my Wilderness for an Ascent. Two months later I received toll violations from State of Maryland from the automobile I traded in to dealership. I was told I would be reimbursed from dealership because the vin# on the Wilderness was never transferred to the new owner. I traded the Wilderness on July 25 and received the summonses in September. I have not received my reimbursement as to date. I love my Subaru but this dealership is no longer on my radar. More
