Subaru of Port Richey - Service Center

OKAY SERVICE I asked about the dent fix coupon. I was told that that is done by an outside contractor Anson. I was told that Anson is there on Thursdays at 9am. I I asked about the dent fix coupon. I was told that that is done by an outside contractor Anson. I was told that Anson is there on Thursdays at 9am. I was there at 9am but no one knew where Anson was, I was told to call him. So, I did and Anson told me that he would be there at 10am. I returned at 10am and again no one knew where Anson was, I was told that he might be in the north parking lot by the oak tree. I found the oak tree but no Anson. I called Anson and he told me that he would be there in a few minutes. After about 15 minutes Anson showed up. He worked on the dent for about 15 minutes but it looks worst that before he started. What a joke this free dent service isn't. Also, the customer waiting room is a pigsty. More

The past service was as usual very pleasing and no complaint Had some additional accessory added, came with a free car wash it needed to be dry so I had to go back. Previous washes were great. This time they seemed to rush it and did not do the tires or the inside windshield. In fact it looked like they used a dirty rag. I had to make a trip up to Gainesville and as I left early from home I was driving into the sun the glare was so bad from the dirty window I could barely see. More

Great service I own a Ram 1500 and I've been going to the Ram dealership for service.
